Important Billing Information
When scheduling an appointment with ABQ Mobile Lab Services, you are booking a mobile sample collection performed at your home or facility for your convenience.
Patients are required to enter a credit card for the $65 in-home collection fee at the time of scheduling. This fee covers specimen collection only and may not be covered by your health insurance. Please check with your insurance provider.
While this collection fee is typically not billed to insurance, ABQ Mobile Lab Services may bill your health plan for medically necessary procedures performed during your visit, such as blood draws or point-of-care testing, when applicable and in accordance with our clinical certifications and insurance participation.
Any laboratory testing performed by external labs (such as Quest, Labcorp, or TriCore) will be billed separately by those laboratories, according to their billing procedures and your insurance coverage.
