Important Billing Information
When scheduling an ABQ Mobile Lab Services appointment, you are scheduling a mobile sample collection with ABQ Mobile Lab Services for your convenience.
Patients are required to enter a credit card for the $65 in-home collection fee at the time of scheduling.
Please note that in-home sample collection by ABQ Mobile Lab Services may not be covered by health insurance and you should check with your insurance provider.
While the in-home sample collection will not be billed to your health plan, the laboratory tests performed by ABQ Mobile Lab Services will be billed as a healthcare claim to your health plan under the terms of the existing contractual agreements and in accordance with the ABQ Mobile Lab Services usual procedures.
